How To Know The Temperament Of Your Partner

What is Your Partner’s Temperament?

The four major temperaments are

  • Sanguine
  • Melancholic
  • Choleric
  • Phlegmatic

However most people have mixed temperaments thus making judgment quite a complicated task.

The Choleric

They will prefer their partner to share with them their goals and interests and exchange ideas with them because they need someone to share goals and interests with. They are attracted to good listeners, because they are emotionally expressive people, flexible and often hesitant. Most often the phlegmatic is most appropriate for them.

The Sanguine

This set of people are adventurous and therefore are most compatible with their own type because they are seeking a play mate, they crave for variety and are good listeners and always wish to satisfy others. They are flexible towards morality.

The Phlegmatic

They are sensitive in nature, and they seek common intellectual and emotional ground, they tend to look for bonding, nurturing and attachment, they truly give themselves, they are romantic and easily fall in love, they unconditional love they most compatible with their type or the Choleric.

The Melancholic

They are pragmatic and down to earth in nature, they usually seek their partners as assistants/mates, and their love preferences are based on common sense and compatibility because the partner must be readable and predictable. He/she must be the type that adheres to traditions and is family oriented. Melancholic partners tend to be more faithful to their mates.
